    Robotic Steel Processing


    The Voortman V808 is an incredibly versatile and market leading robotic thermal cutting machine with 8-axis. That flexibility of the robot in combination with the machine structure enables the machine to cut every 3D shape possible and mark all four sides of your material. The system allows for enormous freedom to design and produce structures with the most complex connections using data from CAD/CAM drawing applications.

    SGA Engineering also supply steel at trade prices direct to the public – prime coated and galvanised steel in half or full lengths, or cut to size.

    Drive in and pick up from our Melton factory, or we can deliver. We also have a 12-tonne truck with a 3.4-tonne, 14-metre vehicle mounted crane available for hire.

    SGA Engineering can also arrange for steel to be delivered directly to you. All of our drivers are qualified dogmen and crane operators.

     

    Builders Lintels


    Used across the top of window and door openings in building construction, SGA can supply a product to suit what you need, including curved designs – however standard sizes are in stock and available for pick-up or delivery.

    3D CAD Drafting


    At SGA Engineering, we enjoy the services of our own design team, an experienced crew of designers certified in AutoCAD and Tekla design. They work closely with our fabrication and construction teams, increasing our efficiency whilst limiting the likelihood of outsourcing delays.
